Ingredients Needed for Pear and Chocolate Pancakes

1 pear
vegetable oil for cooking
⅔ cup milk
1 egg
salt
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons of chocolate topping

How to Make Pear and Chocolate Pancakes

  1. Cut the pear in half, vertically.
  2. Scoop out the seeds and cut it in thin slices.
  3. Crack the egg and put it in a medium bowl.
  4. Add the milk, the flour, and some salt and whisk them to make a pancake batter.
  5. Heat the oil in a cast-iron skillet to a medium high temperature.
  6. Use a ladle to pour some pancake batter in the skillet.
  7. Cook on one side and add some pear slices on the other.
  8. Sprinkle cinnamon over the pear slices.
  9. Cook the pancakes on the other side.
  10. Serve with chocolate topping.
