Ingredients Needed for Mozzarella Cheese Sticks

1 cup flour
2 eggs
1 cup corn flakes
½ cup aromatic herb
7 ounces of mozzarella cut into sticks
vegetable oil for frying

How to Make Mozzarella Cheese Sticks

  1. Prepare 4 bowls. Divide flour, whisked eggs, corn flakes, and aromatic herbs in each one.
  2. Dip one mozzarella stick in flour then coat well. Drop it in the whisked eggs and then in the aromatic herbs. Continue with the rest of the mozzarella sticks, dipping them in aromatic herbs or corn flakes.
  3. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the mozzarella sticks, until golden brown.
  4. Serve with chili sauce!
