Ingredients Needed for Gouda Walnut Salad With Mint Vinaigrette

For the salad:

4 ounces of salad mix
¼ small red cabbage, head, shredded
1 tomato, sliced
1 endive
2 ounces of walnut
5 ounces of gouda, cubed

For the mint vinaigrette:

3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
5 fresh mint leaves, chopped
salt

For garnishing:

1 small pear, sliced
2 tablespoons of crumbled goat cheese

How to Make Gouda Walnut Salad With Mint Vinaigrette

  1. For the salad:
    Add the salad mix, cabbage, tomato, endive, walnuts and gouda cheese in a bowl. Mix them using your hands.
  2. For the mint vinaigrette:
    Add the vegetable oil, lemon juice, balsamic glaze and chopped mint to a small bowl. Season with salt and mix.
  3. Serve the gouda and walnut salad with the mint vinaigrette and garnished with pear slices and crumbled goat cheese.
