Ingredients Needed for Cucumber Gazpacho

    1 cucumber, chopped
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    ½ onion, chopped
    1 tablespoon chili flakes
    2 garlic cloves
    ½ cup water
    1 tablespoon vinegar
    1 tablespoon pine nut
    1 teaspoon radish germs

How to Make Cucumber Gazpacho

  1. Put the chopped cucumber in a blender, with olive oil, chopped onion, chili flakes, minced garlic, water, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  2. Blend everything together.
  3. Serve with pine nuts and radish germs.
