3 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup water
1 cup milk
2 ounces of dark chocolate, broken into pieces
- Add the brown sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and a dash of salt to a bowl. Whisk until even.
- Gradually add the water and milk while continuing to whisk. Whisk until even.
- Transfer to a pot over low heat. Simmer for 5 minutes while continually whisking.
- Add the dark chocolate. Cook and stir until it melts. Remove from heat and serve it warm, garnished with cinnamon, if you prefer.
