1 cup couscous
1 ½ cups of water
salt

Heat a saucepan over medium heat, and pour the water.

Bring the water to a boil and add the couscous. Cover, take the pan away from the heat and let it steam for the next 5 minutes.

Fluff the couscous with a spoon before serving.

Remember: the water and couscous ratio should be 1.5:1
