Ingredients Needed for Coconut Balls

8 ounces of coconut flakes 7 ounces of butter 1 cup powdered sugar 1 cup powdered milk 3.5 ounces of walnut vegetable oil for frying 5 tablespoons of tomato sauce 3 ounces of mozzarella, shredded

How to Make Coconut Balls

  1. Set aside 2 ounces (55 grams) of coconut flakes for later use.
  2. Add the remaining coconut flakes in a large bowl. Add the butter, powdered sugar, and powdered milk. Mix the ingredients, until you obtain a firm mixture. Leave it in the bowl and cover it with foil. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls, adding 1 walnut in the middle of each ball.
  4. Take the reserved coconut flakes and equally divide them in three bowls. Add the food coloring in each bowl and mix. Roll the balls in the colored coconut flakes and enjoy!
