Ingredients Needed for Calamari and Anchovy Macaroni

3 ounces of dried macaroni salt 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 squid, cleaned and sliced into rings 1 teaspoon oregano pepper 1 tablespoon caper 2 garlic cloves, chopped 3 olives, sliced ½ lime 1 red chili, thinly sliced 4 cherry tomatoes, sliced in quarters parsley 1 tablespoon olive oil

How to Make Calamari and Anchovy Macaroni

  1. Place a saucepan over medium heat and fill it with water. Add a pinch of salt and throw in the macaroni.
  2. Heat up the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the calamari rings and season them with salt and pepper.
  3. Add anchovies, capers, garlic, olives, and stir for 1-2 minutes. Squeeze the juice from half a lime, and add the sliced chili, and cherry tomatoes.
  4. Add the cooked macaroni, chopped parsley, and cook everything for 1 more minute, while stirring.
