Ingredients Needed for Calamari and Anchovy Macaroni
3 ounces of dried macaroni
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 squid, cleaned and sliced into rings
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon caper
2 garlic cloves, chopped
3 olives, sliced
1 red chili, thinly sliced
4 cherry tomatoes, sliced in quarters
1 tablespoon olive oil
How to Make Calamari and Anchovy Macaroni
Place a saucepan over medium heat and fill it with water. Add a pinch of salt and throw in the macaroni.
Heat up the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the calamari rings and season them with salt and pepper.
Add anchovies, capers, garlic, olives, and stir for 1-2 minutes. Squeeze the juice from half a lime, and add the sliced chili, and cherry tomatoes.
Add the cooked macaroni, chopped parsley, and cook everything for 1 more minute, while stirring.
