Barbecue Ribs with Mushrooms and Celery

What’s the best thing you can pair your delicious ribs with? A nice barbecue sauce. Its sweet, smoky flavor goes perfectly with the meat, and all you need to do now is choose a great side to go with it. We’ve tried a mix of mushrooms and celery, something light that balances out the heavier ribs.

Ingredients

1 pound pork ribs
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika powder
salt
8 mushrooms
4 celerys stalks, chunks
2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F/200 degrees C.
  2. Place the ribs on your working surface.
  3. Drizzle some olive oil over them. Season them with salt and paprika.
  4. Place the mushrooms and celery stalks in a rectangular baking tray.
  5. Place the ribs on top of the veggies. Spread the barbecue sauce over them.
  6. Bake the ribs for the next hour.
