How to Make Chicken Legs With New Potatoes Baked in a Bag
- Add the chicken legs, lemon wedges, garlic, new potatoes, red onion, and mixed herbs to a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with the vegetable oil.
- Mix using your hands, then transfer to an oven bag. Seal it and place it in a baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes at 400⁰F/200⁰C.
