2 eggplants
salt
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup water
1 teaspoon paprika powder
vegetable oil for frying

How to Make Crispy Eggplant Fritters

  1. Slice the eggplants in about 0.4 inch (1 cm) thick slices.
  2. Dry them over a paper towel and add a pinch of salt on top.
  3. Break the eggs in a large bowl, and add the flour, olive oil, water, and paprika powder. Mix everything into a smooth mixture.
  4. Use this mixture to coat the eggplants.
  5. Heat a skillet, and add vegetable oil. Deep fry the eggplants for about 2 minutes, until golden and crispy.

Ingredients Needed for Cheddar and Chicken Stuffed Mashed Potato Balls

1 ½ cups of mashed potato
pepper
½ teaspoon paprika powder
salt
vegetable oil
1 red onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, sliced
2 chicken thighs s, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
0.5 tea spoon herb mix
½ teaspoon chili powder
1 egg
2 tablespoons of milk
½ cup breadcrumbs

How to Make Cheddar and Chicken Stuffed Mashed Potato Balls

  1. Add the mashed potatoes in a bowl.
  2. Add pepper, paprika powder, and salt. Combine everything and set aside.
  3. Heat about 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a skillet and cook the red onion until it softens.
  4. Add the garlic and chicken thighs pieces and fry them until they start to turn golden.
  5. Add the bell pepper, herb mix, and chili powder. Stir and cook further, until the meat is cooked-through and the bell pepper is soft. Set aside.
  6. Take some mashed potato mixture in your hand and roll it into balls of equal size. Rub your hands with a little olive oil to keep the chilled mashed potatoes from sticking to your fingers, then flatten each potato ball slightly, cup them in your hands and fill with 1 1/2 tablespoons of meat filling. Also add some shredded Cheddar. Shape back into a ball. Repeat until all of the balls have been filled. Place them on a plate.
  7. Whisk the egg with milk to make some egg wash.
  8. Coat each stuffed mashed potato ball with egg wash and breadcrumbs.
  9. Heat some vegetable oil for frying in a skillet and add the mashed potato balls in it.
  10. Fry on all sides until golden and crispy.

How to Make Chicken in White Sauce

  1. Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F/180 degrees C.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil into a skillet and start cooking the chicken breast.
  3. Add salt, pepper, and dried oregano. Cook until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Heat a saucepan on the stove and melt the butter.
  5. Add the flour and whisk until it thickens.
  6. Add chicken stock gradually until you make a nice thick sauce. Add the heavy cream and whisk.
  7. Add the potatoes, carrots, and cooked chicken pieces into the white sauce.

7 ounces of store-bought pizza dough
3 cherry tomatoes, sliced in halves

How to Make Creamy Chicken and Veggie Stew

  1. Preheat the oven to 360°F/180°C.
  2. Heat a saucepan over medium fire and melt the butter. Add flour to thicken it, and pour the chicken stock. Whisk until the mixture becomes thick and dry.
  3. Add the heavy cream and constantly stir until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy. Season with salt, pepper and seven spices. Add the chicken, carrots, potato, and peas. Lower the heat and simmer the mixture for about 8-10 minutes. When ready, add the stew in an enamel saucepan.
  4. Crack the egg and whisk it. Use it to brush the top of the saucepan and cover it with the pizza dough. Use a fork and superficially pinch the dough. Once you’ve added it, brush with the remaining egg wash.
  5. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
  6. Before serving, cut through the pizza dough, and transfer the stew in bowls. Serve it with a touch of parsley on top.
