Ingredients Needed for Honeycomb Chicken Cannelloni

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 red onion, minced
7 ounces of chicken mince, cooked
1 teaspoon oregano
salt
pepper
parsley
½ cup tomato sauce
1 garlic clove, chopped
4 ounces of cannelloni, around 12 tubes
4 tablespoons of Bechamel sauce
½ cup mozzarella
½ cup mozzarella, shredded

How to Make Honeycomb Chicken Cannelloni

  1. Heat the oil in a skillet and add the carrot and onion. Cook them for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the chicken mince. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the parsley, tomato sauce, garlic, and cook everything for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Heat a saucepan over medium heat and fill about 3/4 of it with water. Add the cannelloni and cook them according to the instructions on the package.
  4. Preheat the oven to 360°F/180°C.
  5. Lay the cannelloni vertically in a round baking tray, around 5 inches (12.5 cm) in diameter.
  6. Fill the cannelloni with the chicken and veggie mixture. Top with bechamel sauce, and shredded mozzarella.
  7. Add the baking tray into the oven for the next 25 minutes!

Ingredients Needed for Muffins With Strawberry Inside

2 eggs
¼ cup milk
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 cup cake mix
⅔ cup heavy cream
¼ cup powdered sugar
9 strawberries

How to Make Muffins With Strawberry Inside

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/175 degrees C.
  2. Put in a large bowl the eggs, the milk, the vegetable oil, and the cake mix.
  3. Combine the ingredients with an electric mixer.
  4. Flour a 6-cups muffin pan.
  5. Pour the batter in the muffin pan.
  6. Bake the muffins for 25 minutes.
  7. Put the heavy cream and the powdered sugar in a bowl.
  8. Dice 3 strawberries and add them in the same pot.
