8 cauliflower florets
3 eggs
oregano
salt
pepper
1 garlic clove
½ cup shredded mozzarella

How to Make Cauliflower and Egg Fritters

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/180 degrees C.
  2. Steam the cauliflower florets about 5 minutes.
  3. Blend them in a food processor.
  4. Put the cauliflower in a medium bowl.
  5. Whisk the eggs and add them in the cauliflower mixture.
  6. Season it with oregano, salt, and pepper.
  7. Crush the garlic clove and add it in the bowl.
  8. Add the shredded mozzarella.
  9. Combine all the ingredients.
  10. Form fritters of that mixture and put them on a baking tray.
  11. Bake them for 20 minutes.
  12. Serve them with a dip.

How to Make Egg and Cheese Pie

  1. Preheat the oven to 380 degrees F/190 degrees C.
  2. Chop the onion and cut the ham into small and thin slices.
  3. Put them into a medium bowl.
  4. Crack the eggs and put them in the same bowl.
  5. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
  6. Mix all the ingredients using a whisk.
  7. Add the mozzarella and the Cheddar cheese.
  8. Grease a baking tray using a vegetable oil spray.
  9. Put the puff pastry sheet in the baking tray.
  10. Pour over it the eggs and cheese mixture.
  11. Bake it for 30 minutes.
