Egg and Cheese Pie

Sunny, light and full of energy for the day ahead of you. Instead of making the same old omelet, try this egg and cheese pie. The whole family can enjoy the ham, mozzarella and egg that keeps everything together, on a bed of puff pastry!

Ingredients Needed for Egg and Cheese Pie

½ onion
2 ounces of ham
12 eggs
3 ounces of shredded mozzarella
3 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese
1 puff pastry

How to Cook Egg and Cheese Pie

  1. Preheat the oven to 380 degrees F/190 degrees C.
  2. Chop the onion and cut the ham into small and thin slices.
  3. Put them into a medium bowl.
  4. Crack the eggs and put them in the same bowl.
  5. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
  6. Mix all the ingredients using a whisk.
  7. Add the mozzarella and the Cheddar cheese.
  8. Grease a baking tray using a vegetable oil spray.
  9. Put the puff pastry sheet in the baking tray.
  10. Pour over it the eggs and cheese mixture.
  11. Bake it for 30 minutes.
