Ingredients Needed for Tuna Stuffed Avocado

3 ounces of tuna, canned
2 tablespoons of sweet corn
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1 chili
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt
pepper
1 avocado

How to Make Tuna Stuffed Avocado

  1. Slice the chili pepper.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a medium bowl.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix them with a fork.
  5. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
  6. Use a spoon to remove some avocado flesh from each half, to make the holes bigger.
  7. Fill the avocado halves with tuna mixture.
  8. Enjoy!
