Sweet and Sour Roasted Pork

Are you in the mood for some savory, roasted pork? We have just the perfect recipe, but we warn you it does help to have a bit of time to spare. Add the pork to your crockpot, along with spices and other ingredients, and let the slow-cooker do the rest of the work for you. What to flavor the pork with? We've gone for some ginger, soy sauce, honey, and Worchester sauce. Feel free though to choose your own favorite marinade.

I guess I’ve always had a passion for cooking ever since I was a kid when I was mom’s little helper in the kitchen. Even though I wasn’t actually cooking, I was a picky eater, and I focused on bringing more flavor to her dishes, by adding extra herbs and spices I felt might enrich it. Time has passed, and I haven’t changed that much: I am now my girlfriend’s helper.
