How to Make Double Cheeseburger

  1. Form the beef into two patties. Fry them in a medium sized pan heated to a high temperature. Cook them 4-5 minutes on each side.
  2. Cut the burger bun into three horizontal pieces.
  3. Spread the Cheddar cream cheese on the bottom of the burger bun. Add 1 lettuce leaf, 2 red onion rings, the first burger patty, ketchup, a mozzarella slice, and the middle part of the burger bun. For the next layers add mayonnaise, 3 slices of chili, shredded lettuce, 1 tomato slice, 1 Cheddar cheese slice, more ketchup and mayonnaise, and the top of the bun.
