Ingredients Needed for Chicken and Bell Pepper Tortilla Wrap

2 chicken breasts
vegetable oil for cooking
salt
pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce
¼ red bell pepper
0.25 green bell pepper
¼ yellow bell pepper
2 tortillas
1 cucumber
2 lettuces leaves
1 lime
2 ounces of feta cheese

How to Make Chicken and Bell Pepper Tortilla Wrap

  1. Heat oil in a cast-iron skillet to a medium high temperature.
  2. Add the chicken breasts, cut in pieces.
  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
  4. Add the soy sauce and stir fry until golden.
  5. In a wok, add the bell pepper slices, salt, and pepper and cook until the pepper pieces soften.
  6. Cut the cucumber in thin strips.
  7. Take 1 tortilla and add some cooked bell pepper and cooked chicken.
  8. Then add some cucumber strips and some shredded lettuce.
  9. Squeeze half a lime over the tortilla.
  10. Add the feta cheese.
  11. Roll the tortilla wrap.
