Bacon and Brie Hamburger

Making your own fast-food dishes is great because you can use quality ingredients and less grease. It is not only healthier but also easy to make. You should also whip up your own sauce – try this one made with mayo and ketchup. Assembling the burger and layering the different flavors and textures is one of our favorite parts. Ingredients Needed for Bacon and Brie Hamburger
For the mayo-ketchup mix:
1 tablespoon hot chili sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic powder
For the burger:
1 burger patty
1 burger bun
1 ounce lettuce
2 bacon slices
2 yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
1 small cucumber, sliced
1 ounce brie, sliced
How to Make Bacon and Brie Hamburger
- Add the chili sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and some lemon juice to a smaller bowl and mix them. Set aside.
- Heat a cast-iron grill pan and cook the burger patty on both sides.
- Cut the burger bun horizontally in half, coat the lower one with the mayo-ketchup mixture, then add the lettuce, bacon, yellow cherry tomatoes, the burger patty, cucumber, brie, and, finally, the second layer of mayo-ketchup mixture. Place the bun’s upper half on top.
