Ingredients Needed for Bacon and Brie Hamburger


For the mayo-ketchup mix:

1 tablespoon hot chili sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic powder

For the burger:

1 burger patty
1 burger bun
1 ounce lettuce
2 bacon slices
2 yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
1 small cucumber, sliced
1 ounce brie, sliced

How to Make Bacon and Brie Hamburger

  1. Add the chili sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and some lemon juice to a smaller bowl and mix them. Set aside.
  2. Heat a cast-iron grill pan and cook the burger patty on both sides.
  3. Cut the burger bun horizontally in half, coat the lower one with the mayo-ketchup mixture, then add the lettuce, bacon, yellow cherry tomatoes, the burger patty, cucumber, brie, and, finally, the second layer of mayo-ketchup mixture. Place the bun’s upper half on top.
