Ingredients Needed for Soy Sauce Glazed Turkey and Mushrooms

1 shimeji mushroom
1 champignon mushroom
1 brown champignon mushroom
5 chanterelle mushrooms
1 wood ear mushroom
1 garlic
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
4 ounces of boneless turkey thigh
⅓ cup white wine
¼ cup soy sauce

How to Make Soy Sauce Glazed Turkey and Mushrooms

  1. Chop the Shimeji and wood ear mushrooms.
  2. Slice the Champignon and Chanterelle mushrooms.
  3. Dice the garlic clove.
  4. Cut the boneless turkey thigh in medium chunks.
  5. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet.
  6. Throw in the garlic and the turkey, and cook it on each side.
  7. Add the white wine, the Champignon and wood ear mushrooms and cook them. If you want, add more wine.
  8. After the Champignon and wood ear mushrooms start to soften. Add the Shimeji and Chanterelle.
  9. Pour the soy sauce and cook the mushrooms gently for another 3-5 minutes, until they are tender.
  10. Serve warm.

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 red onion
1 teaspoon garam masala
4 chicken thighs s, sliced
2 spring onions, chopped
1 ounce peanut
salt
5 ounces of noodle
1 tablespoon soy sauce

How to Make Chicken With Rice Noodles and Peanuts

  1. You can start with the rice noodles. Add them in a saucepan full of simmering water, and cook them according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the red onion, cook it until it softens, and season with garam masala. Add the chicken thighs and cook them for 12-15 minutes. About 1 minute before you finish cooking them, add the spring onion.
  3. Separately, heat the remaining oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add peanuts, a pinch of salt, and roast them for 1-2 minutes. Add the cooked rice noodles and stir. Add the chicken, pour soy sauce, and keep cooking for 3 minutes.

3 garlic cloves, slices
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 cup tomato sauce
4 basil leaves, fresh
½ teaspoon seven spice
1 teaspoon chili paste
salt
pepper
7 ounces of chicken breast, cut into small pieces
½ teaspoon paprika powder
6 baby corns
1 teaspoon honey
½ teaspoon soy sauce
4 zucchini
5 ounces of low moisture mozzarella, shredded
½ cup yogurt
1 red onion, round slices

How to Make Chicken Zucchini Boats

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F/200 degrees C.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet and throw the garlic slices in it.
  3. Add the tomato sauce and the basil.
  4. Add the seven spices, chili paste, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stir and simmer the sauce. Set aside.
  6. Meanwhile, heat the remaining vegetable oil in a skillet and add the chicken pieces.
  7. Start cooking the chicken and add the paprika, baby corn, honey, and soy sauce.
  8. Stir and cook until the chicken is well done.
  9. Cut the zucchini and scoop out their flesh to make zucchini boats.
  10. Stuff each zucchini boat with tomato sauce and chicken mixture.
  11. Top them with shredded mozzarella, then transfer to a baking dish.
  12. Bake for 35 minutes.
  13. Serve with yogurt and red onion.
