1 cup flour
1 cup cocoa
½ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon olive oil
¼ cup water
2 tablespoons of chocolate chips
9 vanilla ice creams
sprinkles

How to Make Mini Chocolate Cakes With Vanilla Ice Cream

  1. Use a strainer and sift the flour over a large bowl. Do the same with the cocoa. Add brown sugar and a pinch of salt and whisk.
  2. Add the wet ingredients: the vanilla extract, olive oil, and water. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and silky. Add the chocolate chips.
  3. Pour the chocolate mixture into 3 ramekins. Bake the chocolate cakes in the microwave for the next 5-7 minutes.
  4. When ready, serve them with vanilla ice cream and a few sprinkles!
