1 cup cocoa

How to Cook Mini Chocolate Cakes With Vanilla Ice Cream
- Use a strainer and sift the flour over a large bowl. Do the same with the cocoa. Add brown sugar and a pinch of salt and whisk.
- Add the wet ingredients: the vanilla extract, olive oil, and water. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and silky. Add the chocolate chips.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into 3 ramekins. Bake the chocolate cakes in the microwave for the next 5-7 minutes.
- When ready, serve them with vanilla ice cream and a few sprinkles!
