Fries are a very popular and delicious side, but they’re not exactly the healthiest one you can try. But, you can replace regular potato with sweet potato, you can roast it instead of frying it, and you will get a perfect alternative for fries. For best results, spice them up really good and serve them with a bit of shredded parmesan on top.
