6 ounces of rolled oats
2 cups of milk
1 ounce pecan nut
1 tablespoon maple syrup
How to Cook Pecan Apple Porridge
- Slice the apple into halves and chop one of them.
- Heat a saucepan over medium heat and add the chopped apple. Pour the milk, add the rolled oats and the chopped apple.
- Bring to a boil and reduce the heat. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Thinly slice the remaining apple. Top the porridge with the apple slices, pecans, and maple syrup.
