Instead of your usual grilled chicken breast – which, let’s face it, it doesn’t have much taste – try this chicken cordon bleu! The chicken breast is stuffed with ham and cheese, then coated in breadcrumbs and baked to perfection in the oven! We’ve used fresh mozzarella for this recipe, but you can use low-moisture mozzarella as well.
