Ingredients Needed for Cheesy Tater Tot Waffle With Bacon

1 pound tater tots, thawed
1 cup cheddar, grated
2 ounces of fried bacon
1 tablespoon green bell pepper, diced
1 tablespoon red bell pepper, diced
spring onion, for garnishing (optionally)

How to Make Cheesy Tater Tot Waffle With Bacon

  1. Place the tots on a waffle maker and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  2. Layer 1/2 cup cheddar on one of the tater tot waffles, add the fried bacon, and bell pepper dices. Add the remaining cheddar and top with the second tot waffle. Cook again for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Serve the waffle quartered. Optionally, garnish with chopped spring onion.

Ingredients Needed for Crunchy Waffle Cake

16 waffles
12 ounces of mascarpone
1 ounce crushed cashew
1 ounce almond flake
1 ounce crushed walnut
8 ounces of whipped cream
chocolate sauce
pomegranate seed

How to Make Crunchy Waffle Cake

  1. Set 4 waffles one aside the other in a square for the first layer of the cake. Spread mascarpone on top and sprinkle crushed cashews.
  2. Add another 4 waffles for the second layer, spread mascarpone and this time sprinkle almond flakes.
  3. Repeat for the third layer, only this time, sprinkle crushed walnuts.
  4. Finish with the last 4 waffles, and cover all the cake with whipped cream.
  5. Pour chocolate sauce and sprinkle pomegranate seeds on top.
