Paccheri Pasta With Capers and Tomato Sauce
Paccheri pasta is a gift for us from the Campania and Calabria regions in Italy. They have a tubular shape, which means they can be served with or without stuffing. We’ve tried them more often on the simpler side, with a rich tomato sauce, flavored with some capers, chili, and parsley. Since we were aiming for a light dinner, we got exactly what we needed!
