Bacon-Wrapped Kebapche With Honey Red Sauce
Be it “kebap”, “kebapche”, “chevap” or “mici” it is a finger-licking Balkan dish and it pairs perfectly with a beer or two, but with a twist. You must mix together pork, beef, and some milk-soaked toast. After forming them into cylindrical kebabs, perform the final act of decadence: wrap them in bacon!
