Ingredients Needed for Zucchini Salad With Avocado Dressing

1 large zucchini
1 avocado, cubed
2 garlic cloves
fresh coriander
0.5 green jalapeno, thinly sliced
¼ cup lime juice
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
salt
pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
½ cup sweet corn
½ teaspoon chili powder

How to Make Zucchini Salad With Avocado Dressing

  1. Slice off the ends of the zucchini and spiralize it.
