2 cups of cake mix
2 eggs
3 tablespoons of oil
½ cup milk
1 zucchini, shredded

How to Make Zucchini Cupcakes

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/175 degrees C.
  2. Add the cake mix, eggs, oil, milk, and shredded zucchini in a large bowl.
  3. Use a mixer to make the batter.
  4. Prepare a 6-cup muffin pan and a 4-cup muffin pan. Sprinkle flour over them.
  5. Pour the batter into the pans.
  6. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
