Ingredients Needed for Yolk and Mozzarella Stuffed Mushrooms

3 mushrooms
3 egg yolks
¼ cup mozzarella, shredded

How to Make Yolk and Mozzarella Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Preheat the oven to 320 degrees F/160 degrees C.
  2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms.
  3. Put one egg yolk in each mushroom.
  4. Season with pepper.
  5. Top the mushrooms with shredded mozzarella.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
