Light and easy to make, chia puddings are one of our favorite ideas for breakfast. There are countless ingredients you can add to them to improve texture and flavors. This combo has some yogurt, lemon, and a few basil leaves. Top the pudding with some shredded chocolate and we swear you won’t be able to resist it.

Ingredients Needed for Yogurt Basil Chia Pudding

1 cup milk
¼ cup chia seeds
3 tablespoons of yogurt
¼ lemon
3 basil leaves
chocolate

How to Make Yogurt Basil Chia Pudding

  1. Mix the milk and chia seeds in a large bowl, then pour the mixture into your food processor.
  2. Add the yogurt.
  3. Shred the lemon zest and add it in the food processor, then squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
  4. Add the basil leaves and blend everything until smooth.
  5. Transfer the chia pudding in a small bowl and leave it overnight.
  6. Top the chia pudding with shredded chocolate!
