1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 medium onion, minced
1 celery, chopped
10 ounces of canned white beans
pepper
salt
1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 bay leaf
3 cups of water

How to Make White Bean Stew

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan over low heat and add the onion. Cook and stir until tender.
