Having a balanced and healthy diet is very important for our health. And vegetables should be part of our daily menu. They are rich in essential vitamins, minerals, and fibers and low in calories. Ingredients Needed for Warm Veggie Salad

4 mushrooms
1 red bell pepper
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
3 ounces of sweet corn
3 ounces of cauliflower
1 baby spinach

How to Cook Warm Veggie Salad

  1. Thinly slice mushrooms and bell pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and first add mushrooms.
  3. Cook them for under a minute and then add bell pepper.
  4. Stir and add sweet corn and cauliflower.
  5. Keep on heat for 1-2 minutes more.
  6. Combine warm vegetables with spinach and serve.
  7. Tips: if you feel the need for something more satisfying, just add a boiled egg in the salad.
