Veggie and Chicken Tortilla

Got any leftover chicken from the day before? Don’t throw away and use it to create something new. Here’s something you should try at home and best thing about it is that in just 10 minutes you have yourself an even tastier meal. Enjoy!

Ingredients Needed for Veggie and Chicken Tortilla

1 chicken thigh
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 ounces of mushroom, chopped
1 spring onion, chopped
3 cherry tomatoes, sliced
1 egg
mayonnaise with dill
1 tortilla
1 spring onion, chopped

How to Cook Veggie and Chicken Tortilla

  1. First, take off the meat out of the bone.
  2. Separately, start cooking the vegetables. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and add mushrooms, shredded carrot and spring onion. Let them cook for another 30 seconds.
  3. Spread your tortilla wrap and add cooked meat and vegetables on half of its surface, leaving room for tomatoes and the fried egg.
  4. Pour over your dill mayonnaise and sprinkle some chopped spring onion before serving.
