- First, take off the meat out of the bone.
- Separately, start cooking the vegetables. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and add mushrooms, shredded carrot and spring onion. Let them cook for another 30 seconds.
- Spread your tortilla wrap and add cooked meat and vegetables on half of its surface, leaving room for tomatoes and the fried egg.
- Pour over your dill mayonnaise and sprinkle some chopped spring onion before serving.
