Eggnog is one of the world's favorite drinks, one that all people should enjoy. Including vegans, and for them, we've cooked up this nice recipe. The base is made of coconut milk, flavored with some cloves, cranberries, vanilla, and cinnamon. Give it a thick consistency by mixing it with some dried cranberries.

Ingredients Needed for Vegan Eggnog

2 cloves
0.5 ounce dried cranberries
1 ounce cashew nuts
½ cup water
½ cup coconut milk
1 vanilla bean
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon

How to Make Vegan Eggnog

  1. First add the cloves, cranberries, and cashews in your mortar. Crush them with your grinder.
  2. Heat a saucepan over medium heat and add the water in it.
  3. Pour the coconut milk, add the vanilla bean, and the cranberry and cashew mix.
  4. Bring to a boil and add the vanilla extract. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pass the mixture through a strainer and pour it in a tall glass.
  6. Serve with some sprinkled cinnamon on top!
