Ingredients Needed for Vegan Chocolate Tart


For the first layer:

7 ounces of date
4 ounces of walnut
½ cup cocoa powder
1 tablespoon vanilla powder
1 tablespoon coconut oil
salt

For the second layer:

3 ounces of brazil nut
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

How to Make Vegan Chocolate Tart

  1. Preheat the oven to 360°F/180°C.
  2. Grab your food processor and add the dates, walnuts, cocoa, vanilla, coconut oil, and salt.
  3. Set it up at medium speed and process everything until you get a sticky dough.
  4. Place the mixture on the bottom of a round cake tin, approximately 6 inches (15 cm) in diameter. Press it with your fingers to level it, and evenly spread it in the pan. Freeze it for half an hour.
  5. For the second layer, add the brazil nuts, coconut oil, and cocoa powder in the food processor. Process them until smooth.
  6. Add the mixture on top of the first layer.
  7. Freeze the tart for half an hour.
