Ingredients Needed for Turkey Patties

1 ½ pounds of turkey mince
1 medium onion, minced
2 eggs
½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
¼ cup oat bran
1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano

How to Make Turkey Patties

  1. Add the mince, onion, eggs, cottage cheese, oat bran, mint, and oregano to a bowl. Mix until even using your hands.
  2. Form patties using this mixture. We’ve got 12 of them, but your number may slightly differ depending on how big your patties will be.
  3. Grill them for 15-20 minutes on both sides.
