1 ½ pounds of turkey mince
1 medium onion, minced
½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
¼ cup oat bran
1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Add the mince, onion, eggs, cottage cheese, oat bran, mint, and oregano to a bowl. Mix until even using your hands.
- Form patties using this mixture. We’ve got 12 of them, but your number may slightly differ depending on how big your patties will be.
- Grill them for 15-20 minutes on both sides.
