Ingredients Needed for Turkey Meatballs in the Oven

1 small zucchini, shredded
1 pound turkey mince
1 onion, shredded
3 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh coriander
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
sea salt
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon hot sauce
pepper
1 egg
¼ cup olive oil

How to Make Turkey Meatballs in the Oven

  1. Preheat the oven to 350⁰F/175⁰C.
  2. Squeeze out the moisture of the shredded zucchini and add it to a large bowl. Also, add the turkey mince, onion, garlic, fresh coriander, cumin powder, onion powder, sea salt, tomato sauce, hot sauce, pepper, and egg. Mix everything really well so the flavors and ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper. Wet your hands and roll the meat mixture into medium-size meatballs. You’ll make about 20-24 meatballs. Place them on the tray, spaced out evenly. Drizzle a few drops of olive oil over each meatball.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes.
