Ingredients Needed for Turkey, Cheddar, and Salami Omelet
2 tablespoons of heavy cream
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
¼ red onion, thinly sliced
¼ red bell pepper, thinly sliced
3 cherry tomatoes, sliced in halves
½ green chili, sliced
3.5 ounces of leftover turkey breast, thin shreds
¼ cup cheddar, shredded
How to Cook Turkey, Cheddar, and Salami Omelet
- Crack the eggs in a large bowl and whisk them. Add the heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, and whisk so the cream can be absorbed.
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the red onion and cook it for 1-2 minutes. Add the bell pepper, tomatoes, chili, and leftover turkey. Evenly spread all of the ingredients in the skillet. Add the whisked egg and season with salt and pepper.
- When the omelet starts to cook, top it with shredded Cheddar and spread the salami slices. You can garnish it with some spring onion and wait for the omelet to finish cooking.
