Ingredients Needed for Turkey Breast With Green Beans

5 ounces of turkey breast
salt
pepper
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 garlic cloves
⅓ cup soy sauce
3.5 ounces of green beans
1 ounce peanut

How to Make Turkey Breast With Green Beans

  1. Place the turkey breast on a wooden board and season it with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet and add the garlic cloves. Leave them on the heat for about 1 minute, so they can release their flavors.
  2. Add the turkey breast and cook it for about 8 minutes per side. About 3 minutes before removing the turkey breast from the skillet, add the soy sauce and coat the meat with it. When ready, remove the turkey breast from the stove.
  3. Cook the green beans. Add them in a saucepan full of simmering water and boil for around 3-5 minutes. Take them out with a strainer and drop them in a bowl. Add peanuts, remaining olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Slice the turkey breast and serve it with the green bean side.
