1 pound canned tuna
2 tablespoons walnuts, crumbled
1 tablespoon raisins
1 tablespoon capers
2 tablespoons yogurt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
pepper
salt
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon chili flakes
3 tortillas
1 cup baby spinach

How to Cook Tuna Wraps

  1. Add the tuna, walnuts, raisins, capers, yogurt, and lemon juice to a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, mustard, and chili flakes. Mix until even.
  2. Spread this mixture on the tortillas, top with baby spinach, then roll and wrap.
