1 pound canned tuna
2 tablespoons walnuts, crumbled
1 tablespoon raisins
1 tablespoon capers
2 tablespoons yogurt
1 teaspoon lemon juice

salt
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon chili flakes
3 tortillas
1 cup baby spinach

How to Make Tuna Wraps
