Ingredients Needed for Tuna Stuffed Baked Potatoes
3 ounces of canned tuna
2 tablespoons of yogurt
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 cup milk
How to Cook Tuna Stuffed Baked Potatoes
- First, bake the potatoes. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F/200 degrees C.
- Wash the potatoes and rub them with a little olive oil. Place them on a baking tray and bake for 45 minutes or until the skin becomes crispy.
- Cut the potatoes in half and scoop out some of the flesh. Fill with half of the canned tuna, squeeze lime juice, add onion rings and again tuna.
- Season it with salt, add yogurt and chopped parsley.
