Who doesn't love baked potatoes? They are so yummy and comforting! But an interesting combination is to put together baked potatoes and tuna!

Ingredients Needed for Tuna Stuffed Baked Potatoes

3 ounces of canned tuna ½ lime ¼ onion salt 2 tablespoons of yogurt 1 tablespoon chopped parsley 1 cup milk

How to Make Tuna Stuffed Baked Potatoes

  1. First, bake the potatoes. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F/200 degrees C.
  2. Wash the potatoes and rub them with a little olive oil. Place them on a baking tray and bake for 45 minutes or until the skin becomes crispy.
  3. Cut the potatoes in half and scoop out some of the flesh. Fill with half of the canned tuna, squeeze lime juice, add onion rings and again tuna.
  4. Season it with salt, add yogurt and chopped parsley.
