Make a puree with sweet corn and coconut milk, which will upgrade the tuna taste and let you present this dish in style. Ingredients Needed for Tuna Steak With Sweet Corn Puree

1 tablespoon olive oil
½ tablespoon dried coriander
1 tablespoon pine nut
1 celery stick, chopped
1 cup sweet corn
1 teaspoon pink himalayan salt
pepper
½ cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
½ tablespoon dried coriander
1 teaspoon ginger powder
12 ounces of tuna steak

How to Make Tuna Steak With Sweet Corn Puree

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over low heat and add the dried coriander and pine nuts. Cook and stir until the pine nuts start changing color. Add the celery too and cook it until it starts to have golden brown spots.
  2. Add the sweet corn, cook and stir until it starts getting golden brown spots. Season with the Himalayan salt and pepper. Add the coconut milk, stir, and cook for 1-2 minutes more.
  3. Pour this mix into a blender and blend it. Set aside.
  4. Add the Hoisin sauce, dried coriander, and ginger powder to a small bowl and stir to combine them.
  5. Coat the tuna steak with the Hoisin sauce mixture, then fry it on both sides in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
  6. Serve the steak and sweet corn puree garnished with some raw veggies of your choice.
