Ingredients Needed for Tuna Fritters

7 ounces of canned tuna
1 onion, minced
1 spring onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 egg
salt
pepper
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons of flour
⅓ cup yogurt for serving
fresh dill for garnishing

How to Make Tuna Fritters

  1. Add the canned tuna, onion, spring onion, garlic, lemon juice, and egg to a bowl. Mix until even.
  2. Season with salt and pepper. Add the sesame oil and flour and mix more.
  3. Form patties from this mixture. We’ve got 6 of them.
  4. Heat 1/2 cup of vegetable oil in a skillet over high heat. Fry the patties on both sides for 4 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve them with yogurt and garnished with fresh dill.
