This egg sandwich is for two. You can eat it at breakfast or even at lunch. It looks amazing, and it tastes even better! Each ingredient has an important role, but you can replace the cheese with some fresh veggies! However, keep the eggs!

Ingredients Needed for Tower Egg Sandwich

4 eggs
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
salt
3.5 ounces of bacon
1 sausage
4 bread slices
1 cheese slice
⅓ cup mozzarella, shredded
1 cheddar cheese slice
mayonnaise
chives
1 chili

How to Make Tower Egg Sandwich

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet.
  2. Fry the eggs. Sprinkle some salt on them.
  3. Chop the bacon. Slice the sausage.
  4. In another skillet, fry the bacon and the sliced sausage.
  5. Remove the bacon and the sausages.
  6. Cut the bread slices with a round shape cutter.
  7. Toast the bread slices in the skillet with the remaining bacon fat.
  8. To make the tower, top one slice of bread with a slice of cheese, one fried egg, the bacon, shredded mozzarella, another toast, the Cheddar cheese slice, one fried egg, the fried sausages, some mayonnaise, one more toast, shredded mozzarella, another fried egg, some chives, the 4th toast, and finally the last fried egg.
  9. Skewer it. If you want, serve it with chili pepper.
