Ingredients Needed for Tortilla Omelet Wrap

8 black olives, without pit, sliced in halves
1 ounce pickled cucumber
6 mushrooms, sliced
2 green chilis es, sliced
5 ounces of smoked ham, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 eggs
salt
2 tortilla wraps
chili flakes

How to Make Tortilla Omelet Wrap

  1. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms, olives, smoked ham, and stir in the pan for about 1 minute.
  2. In the meantime, crack the eggs in a large bowl, and whisk them. Add them into the pan along with the sliced chili. Cook the omelet for about 2 minutes, while stirring in the pan.
  3. Add one of the tortilla over a wooden board and evenly spread half of the omelet over it. Top it with half of the pickled cucumbers. Wrap and roll the tortilla. Repeat with the second tortilla and the remaining omelet.
  4. Diagonally slice the tortillas, and if you like, you can sprinkle a few chili flakes on top before serving.
