Ingredients Needed for Tornado Potatoes

4 new potatoes
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon salt

How to Make Tornado Potatoes

  1. Skewer the 4 potatoes. Using a paring knife, start cutting the potato from one end toward the other, carefully turning the potato as cut it around the skewer. Gently, loosen up the potato to create some space between the spiral’s wings so they don’t touch each other.
  2. Drizzle a tablespoon of oil on top of each potato.
  3. Salt them by taste.
  4. Roast for 30 minutes at 400 degrees F/200 degrees C.
