Ingredients Needed for Tom Collins
2 teaspoons of sugar
2 fluid ounces of gin
2 slices of lemon
How to Cook Tom Collins
- Add the sugar on the bottom of a glass.
- Squeeze the juice out of the lemon directly into the glass.
- Pour the gin, add 3-4 ice cubes and fill the glass with sparkling water all the way up.
- Serve the cocktail with 2 lemon slices on top and a few fresh mint leaves.
