Ingredients Needed for Tom Collins

2 teaspoons of sugar
½ lemon
2 fluid ounces of gin
ice
sparkling water
2 slices of lemon
fresh mint

How to Make Tom Collins

  1. Add the sugar on the bottom of a glass.
  2. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon directly into the glass.
  3. Pour the gin, add 3-4 ice cubes and fill the glass with sparkling water all the way up.
  4. Serve the cocktail with 2 lemon slices on top and a few fresh mint leaves.
